Ordering Products

When you’re ready to receive a product, visit your inventory and select it. The “Order” button will appear. Before placing the order, make sure to enter your shipping details and confirm your shipping. Please note, if any required information (such as gift card codes or shoe size) is missing, your order will be automatically canceled. In this case, we will notify you via email (if you provided a valid email address).

Shipping

Once you confirm the product exchange and input your shipping details, our team will process your order within three business days. Shipping time typically ranges from 2 days to 1 month, depending on your location and logistics circumstances. A tracking link will be provided for you to monitor the shipping process. Please note that customs duties may apply as each country has its own tax policies. We will declare the product’s actual value and shipping cost to customs, but you will be responsible for any local taxes imposed by your government.

Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist you with the return process and guide you on how to return the product to us.

  • Return Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging and free from any signs of use. If the product is used or does not meet the return conditions, your return or exchange request will be declined.

  • Return Timeframe: You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the product. After this period, the product will no longer be eligible for return.

  • Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and confirmed, we will process the refund. Refunds will typically be processed within 7 business days.

  • Non-returnable Products: Some products, such as personalized items, opened electronics, etc., may not be eligible for return or refund. Specific return policies will be indicated on each product page.

  • We are not responsible for return or shipping issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • Due to the complexities of international shipping, you may be responsible for the return shipping fees, which will be detailed during the return process.
