Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible as preparation and packaging may have already begun.


Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • Clear photo or video proof must be provided

If approved, we will provide further instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Orders placed during promotions or discounts (unless defective)


Refunds

Once your case is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
